Our retail shop is a warm welcoming hive of activity six days a week.  Our cold and fresh meat counters attract customers from far and wide.

The cold counter contains a large selection of charcuterie, salami’s, pate and gluten free products.

At our fresh meat counter you will be tempted by beef roulade, Kaessler, sauerbraten, speissbraten, rack of wild Killarney venison — all supplied with full cooking instructions and accompaniments.



Armin Weise is a Master Craft Butcher & creativity is what he does best. Tuesday to Friday are, on the average working week, our production days. We produce on site an extensive variety of cold cuts, sausages, salami & hams. We mild cure and smoke pork & hams, using untreated wood chips.

If you have your own sausage recipe – we can fulfill your wish. (minimum quantity required).



At the German Butcher Shop we provide a mail order service throughout the year.  Just order your goods by phone, fax or over the web — via e-mail — and they will be delivered promptly by courier to your door.
